Comments

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

When a user completes a contact form on our site, we collect the necessary information from the form in order to respond to their inquiry. Those users who complete the form to be added to our newsletter list will be added to the list and be able to opt-out of the newsletter at any time.

Event forms

When a user completes a for to suggest an event to be listed on our site, the information you provide, including your contact information is stored within our system in order to correspond with you about your event, as well as display the event information that you submitted. Your contact information will remain in the system and you will be assigned login credentials, allowing you to contribute additional events for consideration in the future, or to make suggested edits to events you have previously suggested.
