Kasey + Alicia Maxwell
Kasey serves as Lead Pastor of The Life Church alongside his wife, Alicia. They have served in ministry for more than 20 years, have been married since 1999, and are the parents of two adult daughters.
They moved from Texas to Florida in 2019 when Kasey joined TLC as Executive Pastor. He was appointed Lead Pastor in May 2021. His heart is to help people move out of religious bondage and into a real relationship with Father God. Alicia helps organize and communicate the vision of TLC with creativity, clarity, and care.

Ian + Megan Taylor
Ian and Megan are parents to five children and share a heart for helping families grow in faith and find community. Having served in various ministry roles, they love helping people build meaningful relationships and discover their place in the life of the church.
Ian helps people grow as disciples of Jesus and develop as leaders. Megan oversees Next Generation and First Impressions, creating environments where families and first-time guests feel welcomed, known, and cared for.

Mickey + Gladys Torres
Mickey and Gladys find true joy in serving families. They love helping couples build strong marriages, win at parenting, and grow together within the local church.
They have served in every stage of Next Generation ministry, as well as on our worship team. Mickey also provides oversight to the church’s finance team.

Priscilla supports TLC through executive administration and finance, helping the church steward its ministry, systems, and resources with care.
